This offering is for those with unique needs and different abilities. We see you and we want to connect with you! This offering aims to be all inclusive and is specially crafted to embrace and support each unique being, differing abilities, and personal expression. We know how important family and friends are to your journey and want you to know they are welcome to partake in the process too!

Each week we will spend time moving, breathing, connecting, relaxing, and of course having fun! Our yoga process will include a range of activities that will help support flexibility in mind and body, engagement and connection in healthy ways, nurture and calm our bodies, and enhance positive feelings.
